Just a dad who got
tired of boring dinners

"I'm not a chef. I'm a dad in tech sales who cooks dinner five nights a week because my kids deserve better than nuggets and pasta every night."

My kids are 2 and 5. They eat Persian pomegranate chicken, bulgogi beef bowls, blueberry mushroom risotto, and sesame tuna. Not because I got lucky with eaters — because I kept cooking real food and never talked down to their palates.

I built this cookbook out of frustration with every other family food resource that assumed kids only eat beige food. Then I built the meal plan subscription because Sunday planning was stealing an hour of my weekend every week.

Parents who got
their Sundays back

★★★★★

My 4-year-old asked for the bulgogi bowls three weeks in a row. I never thought I'd say this about a meal plan subscription but this one actually changed how we eat.

— Sarah M., mom of 2, Seattle
★★★★★

The grocery list alone is worth $7.99 a month. I used to spend 20 minutes on Sunday figuring out what to buy. Now I just open my email and go to the store.

— Dan K., dad of 3, Portland
★★★★★

The Blueberry Mushroom Risotto. My kids are 3 and 6. They demolished it. That's all I need to say.

— Jess T., mom of 2, Chicago

Yes, completely free. Enter your email, get the PDF instantly. No credit card, no trial, no hidden anything. The paid subscription is optional and only kicks in if you want the weekly curated meal plan.
Every Monday morning you get a curated week of meals (breakfast, dinner, sides, dessert for all 7 days), a complete grocery list organized by recipe, and prep tips for anything that benefits from cook-ahead. It's the planning work done for you.
Tested on a 2 and 5-year-old who eat everything in this book — including Persian pomegranate chicken, bulgogi beef bowls, and blueberry mushroom risotto. The philosophy is that kids eat what you expose them to. These are real recipes, not dumbed-down kid food.
One click in your account settings, any time. No emails to send, no hoops to jump through. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
No. Most ingredients come from Costco, Trader Joe's, or a regular grocery store. The equipment you need is a good pan, a sheet tray, and a crockpot for a handful of recipes. That's it.
Most dinners serve 4–6, which covers a family of 4 with leftovers for lunch — which is intentional. Many of the weekly meal plans are designed around cooking once and eating twice.
